Our Machinery

Supersil Architectural Products Pvt. Ltd., Manufacturing "SUPERSIL" brand Metal False Ceilings is located in the Industrial area of Modasa, Sabarkantha District, Gujarat, India.

The plants are fully Automatic and incorporates state of the art technology. Modern R & D facilities help it to upgrade its production techniques.

Entire line of Production from all Components to Panels like Linear, Planks, etc. with Powder Coating is in the built up area of 21000 Sq.ft. spreaded over the land area of 31000 Sq.ft.

Major Machinery includes :

• Slitters(coil cutting), Straightner, Shearing Machine press and Automatic 100 Ton Perforation Press.
• Bending Presses includes 110 Ton CNC (Hydraulic), 80 Ton, 40 Ton, 25 Ton, 10 Ton.
• Four Roll forming Machines with on line cutting for Linear Panels and Carriers.
• Powder Coating Plant includes Seven tank Pretreatmant Process with Imported plant having conveyor and Reciprocater with Ransburg Gema Guns from Switzerland.
• There are more then 200 dies for Perforations, Edge bendings, Corner cuttings, Carrier profiles, Edge profiles for different profiles of Linear and Plank ceilings.
