Supersil’- A Pioneer of Metal False Ceilings in India was an established unit by 1984 managed by Shri B.M. Sura & Shri. K.M. Sura. Since 2004 this company is managed by current Board of Directors having manufacturing unit at Modasa, Dist: Sabarkantha, Gujarat, India. ‘Supersil’ is the only manufacturer in India manufacturing the entire range of Metal False Ceilings in Linear, Clip In, Lay-in, Exterior Louvers, Cladding, 150F with Components under ‘ONE ROOF’. Quality Control is further enhanced by having its own Powder Coating unit. With highly experienced Directors at its helm, ‘Supersil’ brand has become homely name with renowned Architects of India. ‘Supersil’ is crossing Benchmarks of market in Quality and Growth year on year. The real difference of Supersil compared to its Competitors besides Experience, Range and Quality is its Contract Division. ‘Supersil’ takes up contract that is with installation orders all over India. The benefit to customers is that they don’t just receive the material but is out of the headache of labour job and has to pay for the work done only and not for the quantity of material received. Aluminium & Galvanized Steel the basic raw material of all Supersil Products is totally Recyclable and Reusable the basic need in Environmental Safety and to be Green.

‘Green’ Building Coming up in unimaginable quantam are prefering ‘Supersil’.

I believe Cost is still the Priority in Architect’s mind while designing and that is where the ‘Supersil’ Products Perfectly fits. How? Yes even though initially it may be 20-30% higher compared to Gypsum boards / Mineral fibre boards but eventually when compound with Life, Maintenance, Colour durability it turns out to be quiet cheaper.

Metal Ceilings are only ceilings that is washable hence originality is regained as and when cleaned.

One more thing, Metal Ceilings are only the Ceilings which looks perfectly appealing in dark colours like Blue, Red, Maroon, Yellow etc.

‘SUPERSIL’ False Ceilings gives flexibility of designs because of its wide range and application.

Linear ceilings can be used in colour combination and drops (Level change).

Planks – Exposed grid systems gives incorporation of Lights and Diffusers to have perfect flush look.

Akostisil range is for executive offices for its flush look and is widely used for clean room areas.

Signages and Louvres for Extrerior Aesthetics and functional utility.

ACOUSTICS :

‘SUPERSIL’ Metal false ceilings with different perforation pattern and percentage of opening area in combination of Acoustical Pad gives Acoustical consultant flexibility to arrive at desired NRC, CAC and RT.

CORROSION PROOF :

All products of ‘SUPERSIL’ is manufactured from Aluminium and Galvanized Steel.

Perforations are done before Powder Coating hence paint covers all cut perforation edges.

Panels are Powder Coated, so are Edge Profiles and Spring Steel Clip.

Carriers finally after cutting and punching are Spray painted.

Any Punching activity is followed by Paint.

Above all Quality check makes our finished material a perfect “Corrosion Resistive” product.

OTHER MAJOR PROPERTIES :

‘SUPERSIL’ Panels are individually mounted on grid giving the flexibility of opening the desired area for access to slab/plenum for finishing the maintenance work even by a layman.
Powder coated panels give the advantage over other type of false ceilings as no paint is required after maintenance.
‘SUPERSIL’ Customized and Cut to length panels gives the advantage of Quick Installation and no finishing is required at site.
Metal’s Melting Point is quite higher than any other material used in a building or constructed area and hence it is preferred for Fire Resistive and Retardant designs.
Water Resistive and Maintenance: One can clean this ceiling in the same way as floor is cleaned to remove Stains/Spots if any
Light weight of Metal false ceilings reduces the load to structure/slab on which it is installed.
