We are offering Z Shape Ceiling to our clients. “Supersil” make Square edge panels of 100mm height x 18 mm visible flange x length up to 2.5 mtr. in Z shape with 100mm open gap formed out of 0.50 mm thick powder coated galvanized steel fixed on carriers. The panel shall be powder coated on all sides.
Carrier details:
Carrier, 20 mm wide at the bottom x 65mm at the top x 41 mm deep formed out of 0.45 mm thick galvanized steel sheet stove enameled black with protruding ears to hold the panels in a module of 120 mm
Installation details:
The carrier shall be suspended from slab by 4 mm dia galvanised rod with special height adjustment powder coated clips made out of spring steel at maximum 1.2 to 1.5 mtr. Centre to centre. The 4mm dia galvanised rod shall be fixed to slab by forming one end “J” shape with rawal inserts. The edge profile formed out of G. I. Sheet of the size 100 mm x 20 mm shall be fixed on the perimetry of the walls.

Panel Details(Galvanized Steel):
Supersil make Panels shall be fabricated from 0.50mm thick (TCT) G.I. sheet. Panel shall be square edged. Panel size shall be 600 mm * 600 mm and shall be powder coated on external surface only. The edge profile shall be 18 mm * 20 mm fabricated from G.I. Sheet.

Suspension Details:

Installation Details:
Top and the bottom portion of rod shall be rounded, Top end shall be screwed to slab and bottom shall be nut bolted to hold on the hanger. Sil Carrier shall be fixed into the hold on hanger with level adjusting spring steel clip to maintain the desired level of False Ceiling. Suspenders shall be at max. 1200 mm and the distance between two carriers will be 600 mm center to center. Panel shall be snapped into Sil Carrier. Pressure clip shall be provided along the length to hold the panels. Edge profile shall be fixed on the perimeter of walls and columns.

Supersil makes 150F Galvanized steel plain panel will be of 150 mm wide x 17 mm deep x 0.5 mm thick having length up to 5 mtr. Coil coated on a continuous paint line. When two panels are to be joined, they shall be joined together by means of panel coupler.
Paint Detail:
The panel shall be chromatized for the maximum bond between metal and paint, enameled twice under high temperature, one side with full primer and finish coat, the other side (Inner Side) with a primer coating and skin coat on continuous paint line.
Suspension Detail:
The carrier would be suspended from the roof/truss by means of 25mm * 25mm Suspension angle with help of GS T Leveler for fine adjustment of height made out of 0.5mm thick Galvanized Steel.
Carrier Details:
Panel carrier shall be 34.5 mm wide and 48 mm deep with cutouts to hold the panel in the module of 150 mm, the carrier shall be roll formed out of 0.60 mm thick galvanized steel strip and cut to a standard length of 2.44 mtr. Carrier would be spray painted / stove enameled black. Installation Details:
The Main Runner shall be fixed at a distance of 1.2mtrs C-C and shall be suspended by means of G.I Suspension Rod 4mm diameter and a Galvanized Suspension Spring Clip at a distance of 1.2mtrs C-C.
