‘SUPERSIL’ Metal false ceilings with different perforation pattern and percentage of opening area in combination of Acoustical Pad gives Acoustical consultant flexibility to arrive at desired NRC, CAC and RT.

CORROSION PROOF :

All products of ‘SUPERSIL’ is manufactured from Aluminium and Galvanized Steel.

Perforations are done before Powder Coating hence paint covers all cut perforation edges.

Panels are Powder Coated, so are Edge Profiles and Spring Steel Clip.

Carriers finally after cutting and punching are Spray painted.

Any Punching activity is followed by Paint.

Above all Quality check makes our finished material a perfect “Corrosion Resistive” product.

OTHER MAJOR PROPERTIES :

• ‘SUPERSIL’ Panels are individually mounted on grid giving the flexibility of opening the desired area for access to slab/plenum for finishing the maintenance work even by a layman.
  Powder coated panels give the advantage over other type of false ceilings as no paint is required after maintenance.
• ‘SUPERSIL’ Customized and Cut to length panels gives the advantage of Quick Installation and no finishing is required at site.
• Metal’s Melting Point is quite higher than any other material used in a building or constructed area and hence it is preferred for Fire Resistive and Retardant designs.
• Water Resistive and Maintenance: One can clean this ceiling in the same way as floor is cleaned to remove Stains/Spots if any
• Light weight of Metal false ceilings reduces the load to structure/slab on which it is installed.
